| Zarząd P4 sp. z o.o. („Emitent”) informuje, że na mocy uchwały nr 249/2021 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. z dnia 9 marca 2021 r. do Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu (Catalyst) prowadzonego przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („ASO GPW”) zostało wprowadzonych 500.000 obligacji serii B wyemitowanych w ramach ustanowionego przez Emitenta programu emisji obligacji („Obligacje”). Pierwszy dzień notowań Obligacji w ASO GPW wyznaczony zostanie na dzień 16 marca 2021 r. Obligacje zostały wyemitowane w dniu 29 grudnia 2020 r. na mocy uchwały Zarządu Emitenta z dnia 18 grudnia 2020 r. nr 2020/287 oraz uchwały jedynego wspólnika Emitenta z dnia 18 grudnia 2020 r. nr 2020/88. |

| 10-03-2020 2/2021 Information on the introduction to trading and setting out of the first day of listing of Series B Bonds The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Issuer") hereby reports that pursuant to the resolution no. 249/2021 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 9 March 2021, 500,000 series B bonds issued under the bond issue programme established by the Issuer ("Bonds") were introduced to the Alternative Trading System (Catalyst) operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("ASO GPW"). The first trading day of the Bonds in the ASO GPW will be 16 March 2021. The Bonds were issued on 29 December 2020 pursuant to the Resolution of the Management Board of the Issuer No. 2020/287 dated 18 December 2020 and Resolution of the sole shareholder of the Issuer No. 2020/88 dated 18 December 2020.
