| Zarząd Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. informuje, że w dniu 5 listopada 2015 r. Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. wraz ze spółkami zależnymi Pfleiderer Prospan S.A. oraz Pfleiderer MDF Sp. z o.o. zawarły z Fabrykami Mebli "FORTE" S.A. aneks do umowy dostawy płyt drewnopochodnych z dnia 30 grudnia 2014 r. ("Umowa"), na podstawie którego wydłużono okres obowiązywania Umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2017 r. Szacowana wartość Umowy w okresie od dnia 1 stycznia 2017 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2017 r. wynosi około 146 mln PLN. Kryterium uznania Umowy za znaczącą umowę jest wartość kapitałów własnych Spółki. Raport sporządzono na podstawie § 5 ust. 1 pkt 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 133). |

| Subject: Extension of the duration of an agreement for the supply of wood-based boards to Fabryki Mebli Forte S.A. RB 62/2015 The Management Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. announces that on November 5th 2014 Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. ("the Company") and its subsidiaries Pfleiderer Prospan S.A. and Pfleiderer MDF Sp. z o.o., and Fabryki Mebli Forte S.A. of Ostrów Mazowiecka, signed an annex to agreement for the supply of wood-based boards ("the Agreement") extending the duration of the Agreement until December 31, 2017. The total value of deliveries to be made under the Agreement for the period from January 1, 2017 and December 31,2017 is estimated at PLN 146.000.000. The Agreement is considered to meet the materiality criterion based on the value of the Company's equity. This report was prepared pursuant to Par. 5.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009, as amended (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133).
