| In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement: Gorenje, d.d., hereby announces that it has successfully completed the offering of commercial paper. Commercial paper with the identification code GRV04 has a 2.00% interest rate. Total nominal value of the issue in the first round amounts to EUR 28,908,000. Commercial paper will also be offered in the second subscription round from February 10, 2016, to December 1, 2016, up to the total nominal issue amount of EUR 35 million. Gorenje, d.d., has applied for the admission of the commercial paper subscribed in the first round to trading on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Gorenje will use the proceeds from the commercial papers issue for diversification of short-term financing, primarily for financing the seasonal operations, in accordance with the interim cash flow dynamics, and optimization of funding costs.
