| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2023 roku: Raport okresowy za rok 2022: - Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 – 30 marca 2023 r. Raporty okresowe za rok 2023: - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2023 - 29 maja 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 - 30 sierpnia 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2023 - 28 listopada 2023 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2022 roku oraz za II kwartał 2023 roku. Ponadto, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje, iż w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |
