| Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy Spółki ("NWZA”), które odbyło się w dniu 28 marca 2022 r., akcjonariuszem posiadającym co najmniej 5% głosów na NWZA była Spółka KS Holdings Ltd, której przysługiwało 20.443.127 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 86,38% liczby głosów na NWZA oraz odpowiadało 36,83% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce na dzień NWZA. Na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy ASBISc Enterprises Plc reprezentowanych było łącznie 23.665.161 akcji. |

Legal basis: Art. 70(3) Act on Public Offering – AGM the list above 5%. Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that the entity named below was the shareholder representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company („the EGM”) held on March 28th, 2022: KS Holdings Ltd which was entitled under shares held in the Company to 20,443,127 votes at the EGM, which accounted for 86.38% of the total number of votes present at the EGM and for 36.83% of the total number of votes in the Company as of the date of the EGM. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of ASBISc Enterprises Plc 23,665,161 shares were represented. |
