Leading domestic telecom operator TP has finally managed to come to an agreement with the minority shareholders of internet portal Wirtualna Polska (WP). The parties that put their signatures to the agreement are TP, TP Internet, Virgo (the latter two are subsidiaries of TP), Grabski Inwestycje Finansowe (GIF), Key7 Investments, Maciej Grabski and Jacek Kawalec. The settlement sees Virgo purchasing a stake of 19.54% in WP from GIF and Key7 for a sum of zł.165 million and then investing a further zł.55 million the moment TP regains control over the portal. This settlement appears to end the ongoing conflict that has dragged on for several years between TP and the portal's minority shareholders.
