| The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. provides update on sales outlook for 2011: 2011 plan 2010 fact change, y/y Sales, thousands of conventional batteries 5 190 4 321 20% Revenue, thousands of US Dollars 197 000 154 305 28% The Company updated sales outlook for 2011 based on production and sales data for 10 months of 2011. Lead price decrease in September put downward pressure on the prices of lead-acid batteries. The Company decided to limit the production and sales volumes in order to retain the price level on its products. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. |
