| The dates of the Board of Directors meetings to approve the 2Q21 & 1H21 and the 3Q21 & 9M21 Group Results have been anticipated. The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Consolidated Half Year Report as at 30.6.2021 will now be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 instead of Wednesday, August 4, 2021. The 2Q21 & 1H21 Group results presentation (publication and conference call) will be on Friday, July 30, 2021 instead of Thursday, August 5, 2021. The new date for Consolidated Quarterly Report as at 30.9.2021 and the 3Q21 & 9M21 Group results presentation will be provided as soon as available. This adjustment in timing is a direct reflection of decisive action taken in these areas, enabling UniCredit to communicate its results to the market within a more efficient timeframe.
