"We are very seriously considering mass redundancies. We are currently consulting this idea with the employees representatives, and the final decision is to be made within the coming few days. The procedure will encompass a maximum of 600 workers," said Inter Groclin Auto's spokesperson Jerzy Pięta.
The dismissals result from the fact that most employees did not agree to the proposition to cut working time by 25 percent and thus decrease wages by the same amount.
