TROPHYRESORT: Obtaining access to the EBI system

The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. reports that, on the basis of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decision of 22 December 2014, it has obtained access to EBI system for transmitting current and periodical reports. Therefore as of December 22, 2014 TrophyResort Nyrt. starts current and periodical reporting via the EBI system. Reports will be published in the English language.

Legal basis: §10 of the Appendix to Resolution No. 450/2009 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 25 September 2009 concerning the rules of providing current and periodical information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market and on Catalyst and providing current and periodical information by issuers of debt financial instruments authorized by Catalyst.
