Besides the take over of Płock-based Vectra, which was described in the issue prospectus, Pol-Aqua plans another acquisition of a domestic company towards the end of the year and the purchase of a foreign entity in early 2008. The firm will also build a Tesco supermarket in Gdańsk for zł.91.8 million and an Auchan supermarket in Szczecin for zł.140 million.
