| With reference to the current report No. 14/2015 concerning expected financial results for the first half of 2015, the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs that on 26 August 2015 the Management Board of the Company finalized and approved consolidated financial statements of the Company /respectively “the Group"/ for the first half of 2015 defining this way results achieved by the Group during that period. In accordance with the expectations included in the abovementioned current report No. 14/2015, the revenues generated by the Group in the first half of 2015 expressed in RMB decreased by ca. 10% compared to the first half of 2014. However because of significant depreciation of EURO with respect to RMB by about 18% yoy the revenues for the first half of 2015 expressed in EURO increased by over 10% and equals EUR 34.9 million /31,6 in 1H 2014 respectively/. Simultaneously in accordance with the previous estimations the profit expressed in EURO for the first half of 2015 fell by about 13% compared to the first half of 2014 from EUR 8.2 million on the end of 1H 2014 to EUR 7.1 million on the end of 1H 2015. Simultaneously the Company remains that complete information on consolidated financial results achieved by the Group in the first half of 2015 will be presented in the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2015, which will be disclosed on 28 August 2015. |
