| Magellan S.A., spółka będąca częścią BFF Banking Group (“BFF”), niniejszym przekazuje szacunkowe, wstępne, kluczowe dane finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Magellan za rok 2016 („Wstępne Kluczowe Dane Finansowe za 2016 rok”). Ogłoszenie Wstępnych Kluczowych Danych Finansowych za 2016 rok przez Magellan S.A. związane jest jedynie z obowiązkami informacyjnymi podmiotu dominującego – BFF we Włoszech i ma zagwarantować równy dostęp inwestorów do informacji poufnych. Wstępne skonsolidowane Kluczowe Dane Finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Magellan za 2016 rok zawierają: - 84 mln PLN - Przychody ze sprzedaży netto (pomniejszone o wartość sprzedanych towarów i koszt finansowania portfela); - 49 mln PLN – Koszty operacyjne; - 30 mln PLN – Zysk netto; - 42 mln PLN – Zysk netto skorygowany o jednorazowe koszty związane z transakcją z BFF Banking Group; - 1.973 mln PLN – Portfel aktywów finansowych na dzień 31 grudnia 2016. Wszystkie dane zaprezentowane powyżej sporządzone zgodnie ze standardami MSSF. Raport okresowy zawierający zaudytowane sprawozdania finansowe Magellan S.A. oraz Grupy Kapitałowej Magellan za rok finansowy 2016 zostanie opublikowany w dniu 21 marca 2017 r., zgodnie z kalendarzem finansowym opublikowanym przez Magellan S.A. w dniu 31 stycznia 2017 r. (raport bieżący EBI nr 1/2017). Wstępne Kluczowe Dane Finansowe za 2016 rok nie podlegały audytowi i nie były weryfikowane przez niezależne podmioty w zakresie prawdziwości lub kompletności oraz mogą podlegać zmianom. Wstępne Kluczowe Dane Finansowe za 2016 rok zawarte w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym mogą różnić się od ostatecznych danych zawartych w sprawozdaniach finansowych za rok 2016. Każde istotne korekty lub zmiany będą wskazane w raporcie bieżącym, który będzie opublikowany razem ze sprawozdaniami finansowymi za rok 2016. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że połączenie Magellan S.A. z Mediona Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, zamknięte w dniu 16 grudnia 2016 roku, może stanowić podstawę do ulgi podatkowej dla Magellan S.A., która może być zawarta w sprawozdaniu finansowym, gdy organy podatkowe potwierdzą stanowisko Spółki. |

| The announcement of 2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data Magellan S.A., a company being part of BFF Banking Group (“BFF”), announces its estimated key financial data of Magellan Capital Group for 2016 (“2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data”). The announcement of 2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data is issued only in connection with the BFF disclosure obligations in Italy to ensure equal treatment of investors. The following consolidated 2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data for Magellan Group are: - 84 PLN mn – Sales revenue net of value of goods sold and net of cost of portfolio financing; - 49 PLN mn – Operational costs; - 30 PLN mn – Net profit; - 42 PLN mn – Net Profit adjusted by one-off costs related to transaction with BFF Banking Group; 1.973 PLN mn – Financial assets portfolio as at 31st December 2016. All data above prepared according to IFRS requirements. Periodical report containing Magellan S.A. and Magellan Capital Group final audited FY 2016 financial statements will be published on 21 March 2017, in accordance with the financial calendar published by Magellan S.A. on 31 January 2017 (current report EBI No 1/2017). The 2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data have not been audited or verified by any independent source for accuracy or completeness and may be a subject to further changes. The 2016 Preliminary Key Financial Data included in this current report may be subject to adjustments and amendments when Magellan S.A. will be publishing its final FY 2016 financial statements. Any material adjustment and amendment will be indicated in the current report that will be published together with the publication of FY 2016 financial statements. Please also note that the merger of Mediona spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with Magellan S.A., closed on December 16, 2016, may give rise to a tax benefit for the latter, which could be included in the financial statements of Magellan should the Polish tax authorities approve the request. |
