Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, iż uchwałą z dnia 23.07.2014 r. podjął decyzję o rozpoczęciu publikowania raportów EBI i ESPI w języku angielskim. Publikacja raportów w języku obcym ma na celu zapewnienie równego dostępu do informacji inwestorom indywidualnym oraz instytucjonalnym posługującym się językiem angielskim. Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. ("Company") hereby announces that by resolution dated July 23, 2014 decided to commence the publication of the EBI and ESPI reports in English version language. The publication of the reports in foreign language is aimed at providing equal access to information for English-speaking private and institutional investors. Legal basis: § 3, item 2, section 1 of the Annex no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodic reports presented in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
