| The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. informs that, following issuance of current report No. 7/2012 dated April 24, 2012, a Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. acquired the Ukrainian company leasing 14 500 hectares of land in the Sumy region of Ukraine in close proximity to the one of the existing clusters of Industrial Milk Company S.A. (with 5-7 years lease term). The value of the deal is USD 10 400 000. A Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. after entering into the deal with another Ukrainian company obtained land lease agreements for 4 000 hectares of a farm land in Poltava region. All land is located in close proximity to the one of the existing clusters of Industrial milk Company S.A. Thereby the farming land bank of Industrial Milk Company S.A. was increased by 18 500 hectares and at present totals 82 690 hectares. |
