| Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) informuje, że akcjonariusze obecni na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu GPW w dniu 15 czerwca 2022 roku („NWZ GPW”) dysponowali 37 489 622 głosami. Akcjonariuszami posiadającymi co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na tym NWZ GPW byli: • Skarb Państwa posiadający 29 390 940 głosów, co stanowiło 78,40% liczby głosów na tym NWZ GPW oraz 51,80% ogólnej liczby głosów. • NN OFE posiadający 2 098 000 głosów, co stanowiło 5,60% liczby głosów na tym NWZ GPW oraz 3,70% ogólnej liczby głosów. Ogólna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. wynosi 41 972 000, a liczba głosów wynikająca z tych akcji wynosi 56 744 470. Podstawa prawna: Art. 70 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych. |
