| Rada Dyrektorów Global City Holdings N.V., spółki utworzonej I działającej zgodnie z prawem holenderskim, z siedziba w Amsterdamie, Holandia niniejszym informuje, że w związku z procesem finansowania w ramach ogłoszonego wezwania do zapisywania się na sprzedaż akcji spółki, jak opisano w raporcie bieżącym nr 25/2015, spółka zastawiła wszystkie akcje, które posiada w Cineworld Group Plc. Podstawa prawna: Art. 5:53 i nast. holenderskiej ustawy z dnia 28 września 2006 r. o rynkach finansowych i ich nadzorze (Wft) oraz art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 w związku z art. 56 ust. 6 polskiej ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych. |

| Pledge of shares held in Cineworld Group PlcThe Board of Directors of Global City Holdings N.V., a company organized in the Netherlands and existing under the laws of the Netherlands with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands hereby informs that, in connection with a financing entered into in the framework of the buy-back tender offer announced per current report No.25/2015, it has pledged all shares it holds in Cineworld Group PlcLegal grounds: Article 5:53 and subsequent of the Dutch Act of 28 September 2006 on the rules regarding the financial markets and their supervision (Act on Financial Supervision – Wft.) in conjunction with Articles 56.1.2 and 56.6 of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005. | |||
