| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 23 kwietnia 2025 r. Spółka zawarła z Agencją Badań Medycznych („ABM”) umowę o dofinansowanie ("Umowa") projektu Spółki pod nazwą "ADCraft - małocząsteczkowe payloady nowej generacji do koniugatów lek-przeciwciało w onkologii" ("Projekt"). O rekomendowaniu Projektu do dofinansowania Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym 2/2025 z dnia 7 lutego 2025 r. Celem Projektu jest opracowanie metod badania i otrzymywania nowej generacji payloadów do koniugatów przeciwciało-lek (ang. Antibody-Drug Conjugate; ADC) wraz z portfolio działań B+R ukierunkowanych na nowe modalności terapeutyczne stosowane w onkologii. - całkowita wartość Projektu netto wynosi: 13 172 227,85 zł; - rekomendowana wartość dofinansowania: 9 879 170,99 zł; - planowany okres realizacji Projektu: 18 miesięcy. Przyznane w związku z zawarciem Umowy dofinansowanie ograniczy wykorzystanie środków własnych Spółki. |

| Conclusion of a grant agreement with the Medical Research Agency The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company”), hereby announces that on April 23, 2025, the Company has concluded a grant agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Medical Research Agency (in Polish: Agencja Badań Medycznych, “MRA”) for the co-financing of the Company’s project entitled: “ADCraft – next-generation small-molecule payloads for antibody-drug conjugates in oncology” (the “Project”). The Company had previously informed about the recommendation of the Project for co-financing in Current Report No. 2/2025 dated February 7, 2025. The aim of the Project is to develop methods for discovering and testing new generation of payloads for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) along with a portfolio of R&D activities focused on new therapeutic modalities used in oncology. - the total net value of the Project is: PLN 13,172,227.85; - recommended amount of the funding: PLN 9,879,170.99; - the planned duration of the Project: 18 months. In case the grant agreement is concluded and the Project is implemented, the granted funding may limit the use of the Company's own funds.
