QUARTICON: złożeniu wniosku o ogłoszenie upadłości Emitenta // submitting the application to declare bankruptcy

Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) informuje, że w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego EBI nr 22/2024 z dnia 8 października 2024 r. i przedstawionych tam okoliczności, w dniu 10 października 2024 roku złożył w Sądzie Rejonowym dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XVIII Wydział Gospodarczy, wniosek o ogłoszenie upadłości Emitenta. Zarząd Emitenta zakłada, że w toku postępowania upadłościowego Spółka będzie realizować usługi dla klientów w oparciu o zawarte umowy oraz poszukiwać inwestora zainteresowanego przejęciem jej przedsiębiorstwa.

The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that, in reference to the current report EBI No. 22/2024 of October 8, 2024 and the circumstances presented therein, on October 10, 2024, it filed a application to declare bankruptcy of the Issuer in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division. The Management Board of the Issuer assumes that during the bankruptcy proceedings, the Company will provide services to customers based on the concluded agreements and seek an investor interested in taking over its enterprise.
