PHOTON: Postponement of the publication of audited consolidated full year results for 2009

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that the publication of the audited consolidated full-year results for 2009 in accordance to IFRS announced for 1 March 2010 in the current report No 1/2010 will be postponed until 8 March 2010 when they will be published toghether with the company's annual report for 2009 due to objective reasons.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Annex 3 to Regulation “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
