PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the fulfilment of the conditions of the EPC contract reported in EBI report 27/2009

The management board of Photon Energy a.s. on 22 December 2009 announces that on 21 December 2009 the 1.026 MWp photovoltaic plant in Sychrov, which Photon Energy's fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. built for its client Photon SPV 7 s.r.o. on the basis of a turn-key EPC contract (EBI report 27/2009) was connected to the electricity grid of ČEZ Distribuce a.s. and thus Photon Engineering s.r.o. fulfiled the conditions of said contract.

As required by the law electricity has been supplied to the electricity grid and thus the feed-in-tariff for the year 2009 has been secured for this power plant. On this basis no price reduction is applicable to the turnkey EPC contract between Photon Engineering s.r.o. and Photon SPV 7 s.r.o. (EBI report 27/2009).

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the private investor owning Photon SPV 7 s.r.o.
