PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Photon Energy expands to Romania with 11 MWp new O&M contracts

Photon Energy’s subsidiary Photon Energy Operations has expanded its O&M services to a new market, adding 11 MWp in Romania. The company takes over the full monitoring, operations and maintenance for three power plants based in Oradea, in the North-West of the country.

Taking into account new contracts worth 600 KWp signed last week for 2 PV power plants in Czech Republic, Photon Energy now offers more than 153 MWp O&M services across Europe and in Australia.

Legal basis: § 3 ust.2 point 1. of the Appendix 3 to Resolutions of the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System".
