| Zarząd ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 3/2023 z dnia 21 lutego 2023 r., niniejszym informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym tj. dnia 15 marca 2024 r., Spółka zawarła z francuską spółką Plug In Digital oraz ze spółką Madnetic Games S.A. umowę przeniesienia praw i obowiązków („Cesja”) wynikających z umowy wydawniczej i deweloperskiej zawartej dnia 20 lutego 2023 r., a dotyczącej gry video My Museum: Treasure Hunter w wersji PC („Umowa”), zawartej wówczas pomiędzy Spółką (jako Deweloperem), a francuską spółką Plug In Digital (jako Wydawcą) – o czym Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 3/2023 z dnia 21 lutego 2023 r. Na podstawie w.w. Cesji, spółka Madnetic Games S.A. weszła w prawa i obowiązki Spółki wynikające z w.w. Umowy, na co francuska spółka Plug In Digital wyraziła zgodę. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report no. 10/2024 Subject: Conclusion of an agreement for the transfer of rights and obligationsSubmission Legal basis: art. 17 (1) MAR – confidential information The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that today, i.e. March 15, 2024. , the Company concluded agreements with the French company Plug In Digital and Madnetic Games S.A. an agreement for the transfer of rights and obligations ("Assignment") arising from the publishing and development agreement concluded on February 20, 2023, regarding the video game My Museum: Treasure Hunter in the PC version ("Agreement"), concluded then between the Company (as the Developer) , and the French company Plug In Digital (as the Publisher) - about which the Company informed in current report No. 3/2023 of February 21, 2023. Based on the above-mentioned Assignment, Madnetic Games S.A. entered into the rights and obligations of the Company arising from the above-mentioned Agreements to which the French company Plug In Digital agreed |
