| Zarząd Spółki ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), niniejszym przekazuje terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2024 roku. Raport roczny za rok 2023 Emitent opublikuje w dniu 16.04.2024 r. (wtorek). Raporty kwartalne publikowane będą przez Spółkę w roku 2024 w następujących datach: Jednostkowy raport za I kwartał 2024 r. w dniu 16.05.2024 r. (czwartek). Jednostkowy raport za III kwartał 2024 r. w dniu 14.11.2024 r. (czwartek). Raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2024 r. zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę w dniu 16.09.2024 r. (poniedziałek). Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku 2023 oraz za II kwartał roku 2024. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuję, iż ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757) |

| Current Report No. 1/2024 Subject: Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2024. Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024. The Issuer will publish the annual report for 2023 on April 16th, 2024 (Tuesday). Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2024 on the following dates: Standalone report for the first quarter of 2024 on May 16th, 2024 (Thursday). Standalone report for the third quarter of 2024 on November 14th, 2024 (Thursday). The semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 will be published by the Company on September 16th, 2024 (Monday). The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for the second quarter of 2024. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
