Zarząd Spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 28 lipca 2014 r. do Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. został złożony wniosek o wprowadzenie do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na rynku Catalyst obligacji serii B Emitenta. Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with the seat in Wrocław ("The Issuer", "The Company") hereby announces that on July 28, 2014, to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the application for the introduction of the Issuer's series B bonds into the alternative trading system was submitted. Legal basis: § 3, item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
