| Wiadomość Zarządu IMMOEAST AG w związku z przelewem środków pochodzących z podwyższenia kapitału do Immofinanz Beteiligungs AG - Badanie roszczeń IMMOEAST AG wobec Constantia Packaging B.V. i Constantia Privatbank AG Ad-hoc announcement by the Immoeast Executive Board: Immoeast distributed funds from the latest capital increase to Immofinanz Beteiligungs AG (IBAG) in the form of an investment. These funds were transferred by Immoeast to a bank account held by IBAG at Constantia Privatbank. EUR 520 m are still outstanding and owed to Immoeast. Immoeast and the Immofinanz Group hold no stake in IBAG. There is suspicion that these funds were transferred from Immoeast to IBAG, but that the boards at IBAG were not informed of the transaction and did not themselves have access to the funds. For this reason, an investigation is necessary to determine who at Constantia Privatbank controlled the IBAG accounts and what has happened to the funds. In order to answer these questions, the Executive Board of Immoeast will submit a full report to the Austrian federal prosecutor. Immoeast has received a statement from Contantia Packaging B.V. announcing their intention of assuming and meeting IBAG's liabilities and commitments. Immoeast will undertake its utmost to resort to litigation against Constantia Packaging B.V. and to determine whether claims against Constantia Packaging B.V. are substantiated. Furthermore, the Executive Board of Immoeast will investigate Constantia Privatbank's liability for damages resulting from the aforementioned transactions |
