| AviaAM Leasing AB (hereinafter – the “Company") announces that the Company has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (hereinafter -“HNCA"), according to which the companies will establish a joint-venture aircraft leasing company (hereinafter - the “JV"). It is intended that the Henan-based JV will gradually build and manage a fleet of narrow-body aircraft worth of up to 900 million USD. | |||||||||||
