| Information from Atlas Management Company Limited Current report number 2/2018 published on 12 February 2018The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited informs that on 12 February 2018 it received the following letter from the directors of Atlas Management Company Limited: “12th February 2018 Ref: NB/A0235 The Directors Atlas Estates Limited (AEL) 3rd Floor, 1 Le Truchot GY1 1WDDear Atlas Estate Limited Board (AEL) We, Atlas Management Company Limited (AMC) Directors notify that due to personal circumstances, Mr. R. Havar will cease to fulfil his role as CEO of AMC with immediate effect. The AMC board will work with the AEL board to identify and recruit a new CEO for the company. The AMC Team, led by the CFO Mr. Z. Zviel will continue to provide all the services to AEL in terms of the management agreement.
