| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company"), in relation to the current report no. 70/2020 and pursuant to article 80 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623 as amended), hereby presents the position of the Company’s Management Board regarding the tender offer to subscribe for the sale of the shares in the Company announced on 25 August 2020 by Gi International s.r.l. (“Statement”) (“Tender Offer”) together with the opinion of Blackwood Capital Group (UK) Limited regarding the price offered for the shares in the Company in the Tender Offer (“Fairness Opinion”). The Statement and the Fairness Opinion are attached to this current report. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within understanding of Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.
