| Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the "Issuer" or "Company") informs that due to the resignation of Mr. Antonio Carvelli from this function in the Supervisory Board of the Company, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on June 8, 2021 on co-opting of Mr. Luca Fortunato as a new Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The resolution came into force on the day of its adoption. Mr. Luca Fortunato, stated that he was not aware of any circumstances that would make the appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. would violate the law or the Company's Articles of Association. Moreover, Mr. Luca Fortunato stated that: (i) does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company in any form specified in art. 380 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code; (ii) is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 168, item 1186, as amended). The biographical note of Mr. Luc Fortunato constitutes Appendix No. 1 to this report. Legal basis: - article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies (Dz.U. no 185, item 1439 of 2009 as amended); - § 5 item 5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009, on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state.
