Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [Spółka] przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. [NWZ] zwołanego na dzień 14 grudnia 2022 roku, które wznowiło obrady po przerwie w dniu 10 stycznia 2023 r.
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że po przerwie NWZ nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów porządku obrad, a Akcjonariusze nie zgłosili sprzeciwów do podjętych uchwał. W związku z przyjętym przez NWZ porządkiem obrad podczas obrad nie było również uchwał objętych porządkiem obrad, a nie podjętych przez NWZ.
Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.
ENGLISH VERSION:
The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. [“Company”] hereby attaches the contents of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. [EGM] convened for 14 December 2022, which, after adjournment, recommenced on 10 January 2023.
At the same time, the Company informs that after the break, the EGM did not refrain from considering any of the items on the agenda, and the Shareholders did not raise any objections to the adopted resolutions. In connection with the agenda adopted by the EGM, there were no resolutions included in the agenda that had not been adopted by the EGM.
Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 2 point 7-9 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
