The total acquisition price for both companies was CZK 5.88 million (EUR 238,664 or PLN 948,765) and Photon Energy a.s. will inject a further CZK 15 million (EUR 608,890 or PLN 2.42 million) into both companies to acquire several land plots from private owners.
Photon Energy a.s. has secured all components for the two 1.5 MWp plants and will immediately initiate the construction process. The planned completion date is the end of November with grid connection in December 2010.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the three private individual sellers and the private owners from which the two project companies will acquire land plots.
