Ovostar Union N.V. informs that on 18 September 2013 its majority shareholder Prime One Capital Limited sold 120,000 shares at PLN 92.00 per share, thereby decreasing the total shareholding of Prime One Capital from 4,441,617 shares to 4,321,617 shares (from 74% to 72% of total outstanding shares, respectively). As a result of the transaction, the total free float of the shares of Ovostar Union N.V. has been increased from 26% to 28%.
