| With reference to the information duty resulting from Art.69 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29thy 2005 (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 512), Generali OFE represented by Generali PTE with its registered seat in Warsaw, Postępu 15B street, informs that as the result of the transaction conducted on 3rd October 2019 it increases in capital and votes at the General Meeting of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited above 10% regarding the previous publicated information. Before the transation Generali OFE held 596.509 shares (five hundred ninety six thousand five hundred and nine) which represented 9,94% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. After the transaction Generali OFE held 655.909 shares (six hundred fifty five thousand nine hundred and nine) which represented 10,93% share in capital and votes at the General Meeing of the Company.
