| Ivry-sur-Seine, 18 December 2015 DIVESTMENT OF REAL-ESTATE ASSETS IN BORDEAUX AND CRACOW FOR €28M Almost 75% of the divestment proceeds target defined in BiG 2018 Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) today announces that it has signed sales agreements concerning the divestment of its historic site on rue Fondaudège in Bordeaux and its industrial site, Polmos Kraków, in the Cracow suburbs. Made necessary by the impossibility of maintaining industrial activity in the urban centre of Bordeaux, the divestment of the rue Fondaudège site will allow the creation of a multi-activity site incorporating shops, housing and offices, as well as the “Maison Marie Brizard" building. Indeed, the Group has chosen to create a site dedicated to Marie Brizard where its history, know-how and products will take center stage. The Maison Marie Brizard building will also be responsible for ensuring the Marie Brizard brand’s standing and roots in Bordeaux. The production of Marie Brizard liqueurs thus far carried out on the rue Fondaudège site is now divided between the existing sites in Lormont (in the Bordeaux suburbs) and Zizurkil, in Spain. With a modern and streamlined production process, Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits henceforth intends to focus its efforts on Marie Brizard’s international redeployment, for which the Group has major aspirations. The sale of these two sites will bring in approximately €28 million, meaning that the Group has already achieved almost three quarters of the €40 million divestment target laid down in the rationalization aspect of its BiG 2018 strategic plan. The signing of the definitive bills of sale is scheduled for 2016.
