LEASING-EXPERTS: Zawarcie umowy z Autoryzowanym Doradcą – obligacje serii C/ Conclusion of an agreement with the Authorised Adviser - bonds series C

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu 03.09.2014 r. do Spółki wpłynęła umowa zawarta pomiędzy Emitentem a T&T Consulting Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, na podstawie której podmiot ten, w związku z ubieganiem się Spółki o wprowadzenie obligacji serii C do alternatywnego systemu obrotu prowadzonego przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. na rynku Catalyst – będzie wykonywał na rzecz Emitenta zadania Autoryzowanego Doradcy. Warunki przedmiotowej umowy nie odbiegają od powszechnie stosowanych dla tego typu transakcji. Została ona zawarta na czas określony – do ostatniego dnia notowania obligacji serii C na Catalyst. O emisji obligacji serii C Spółka informowała w dniu 27.08.2014 r. raportem bieżącym nr 92/2014. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt 18 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. seated in Wrocław ("the Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that on 03.09.2014 Company received the contract concluded between the Issuer and the T&T Consulting Sp. z o.o. seated in Wroclaw, on the basis of which this entity, in connection with the application of the Company for the introduction of series C bonds to the alternative trading system operated by the Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. on the Catalyst market - will perform tasks for the benefit of the Issuer's Authorised Adviser. Terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of transaction. It was concluded for a fixed period - the last trading day for series C bonds on Catalyst.
