| Zarząd KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. informuje, że Członkowie Zarządu Spółki: - Pan Rafał Pawełczak – Prezes Zarządu, Wiceprezes Zarządu ds. Rozwoju, oraz - Pan Stefan Świątkowski – Wiceprezes Zarządu ds. Finansowych, Wiceprezes Zarządu ds. Aktywów Zagranicznych, nie biorą udziału w trwającym postępowaniu kwalifikacyjnym na stanowisko Prezesa oraz czterech Wiceprezesów w Zarządzie KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. 2018 poz. 757). |

| Members of the Management Board of the Company not taking part in the on-going qualification proceedings The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that the following Members of the Management Board of the Company: - Rafał Pawełczak – President of the Management Board, Vice President of the Management Board (Development), and - Stefan Świątkowski – Vice President of the Management Board (Finance), Vice President of the Management Board (International Assets), are not taking part in the on-going qualification proceedings for the positions of the President and four Vice Presidents of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757). |
