ICMVISION: Announcement of signature of the Company Purchase Agreement

The Board of Directors of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs about the signature of the Company Purchase Agreement. The Board of Directors has signed on June 4, 2014 the purchase of the Company business to Unicorn Systems (Unicorn Systems a.s., ID: 251 10 853 , with the registered seat at Praha 3, V Kapslovně 2/2767, PSČ 130 00 , registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B , File 4579). The Company Purchase Agreement has been signed based on the approval of general meeting held on June 3, 2014 at Prague. The Company Purchase Agreement means a transfer of the whole Company's business activities. The purchase price for the purchase of the Company's business is CZK 1,458,985.00. This price takes into account all assets and liabilities that are related to the Company's business. Legal basis: § 3.2.10 of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules ("Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market").
