| Huuuge, Inc. („Emitent”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 02/2023 z dnia 31 stycznia 2023 r. w sprawie terminu publikacji raportów okresowych w 2023 r., niniejszym informuje, iż jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 zostanie opublikowany w dniu 27 marca 2023 r., a nie jak wcześniej informowano w dniu 27 kwietnia 2023 r. Uwzględniając powyższe zmiany, harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2023 jest następujący: Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 – 27.03.2023 Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2023 r. – 30.05.2023 Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 r. – 7.09.2023 Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2023 r. – 22.11.2023 Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2018 poz. 757) |

| Change of the date of the publication of the annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2022 Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 02/2023 dated January 31, 2023 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports during the financial year 2023, hereby announces that the separate and consolidated annual report for 2022 will be published on March 27, 2023, instead of April 27, 2023 as previously announced. Taking into account the above changes, the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2023 will be as follows: Annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2022 - 27 March 2023 Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - 30 May 2023 Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2023 - 7 September 2023 Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - 22 November 2023 Legal basis: § 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state |
