Zarząd spółki Griffin Premium RE.. N.V. (Spółka) informuje, iż został w dniu dzisiejszym poinformowany przez akcjonariuszy Spółki (Griffin Netherlands II B.V. oraz GT Netherlands III B.V.), że w ramach procesu stabilizacji kursu giełdowego akcji Spółki, Griffin Netherlands II B.V. nabył 3.968.782 akcje Spółki zwiększajac jednocześnie łączną liczbę posiadanych akcji do 37.792.049 (co stanowi 24,21% udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki i w ogólnej liczbie jej głosów), natomiast GT Netherlands III B.V. nabył 3.888.923 akcje Spółki zwiększajac jednocześnie łączną liczbę posiadanych akcji do 37.031.612 (co stanowi 23,72% udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki i w ogólnej liczbie jej głosów).

Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż powziął w dniu dzisiejszym wiedzę o tym, że Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny posiada 15.000.000 akcji Spółki, co stanowi 9,61% udziału w jej kapitale zakładowym i ogólnej liczbie głosów.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Griffin Premium RE.. N.V. (the „Company”) hereby reports that it was notified today by the Company’s shareholders (Griffin Netherlands II B.V. and GT Netherlands III B.V.) that within the stabilisation process with respect to the market price of the Company’s shares Griffin Netherlands II B.V. acquired 3.968.782 shares of the Company increasing the total number of shares owned to 37.792.049 (which constitutes 24,21% share in the Company’s share capital and number of voting rights) and GT Netherlands III B.V. acquired 3.888.923 shares of the Company increasing the total number of shares owned to 37.031.612 (which constitutes 23,72% share in the Company’s share capital and number of voting rights). The Management Board also reports that today it learnt that Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny holds 15.000.000 Company’s shares which constitutes 9,61% share in the Company’s share capital and number of voting rights.
