| ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The “Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following based on the notification of the Romanian operation: Today, the Municipality of Gheorgheni paid 746,000 lei to the Company's Romanian affiliate (CDR). (demand from residential district heating price difference) Given that the above amount does not include part of the interest due to CDR for this year, CDR envisages an enforcement procedure for the remaining amount. The lawsuit against the Municipality of Gyergyószentmiklós, which has already been legally won in respect of the legal basis, for the determination of two additional amounts of damages: - The case is separated from the claim for damages, and its object is royalty amount plus interest - The case is separated from the claim for damages, and its object is compensation for investments plus interest + 15% of the annual internal profit rate for the entire contracted period. |
