Czakanski appointed as CEO of BSK
Marian Czakanski has been appointed as the CEO of Bank Slaski (BSK). Czakanski (53) is currently the president of the Nationale-Nederlanden's pension fund. BSK's supervisory board also decided to assign PLN 40mn (USD 9.05mn) for a dividend, or PLN 4.35 per share.
