Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 24 grudnia 2024 r. Spółka potwierdziła zamówienie złożone przez Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltd z siedzibą w Chinach [„Yi Xin”, „Dystrybutor”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System [“DPS”]. Yi Xin jest podmiotem, który świadczy na rzecz Spółki usługi dystrybucji rozwiązań technologicznych XTPL S.A. [RB 4/2021 z dnia 15 kwietnia 2021 r.].

Przychody uzyskane z realizacji obecnego zamówienia urządzenia będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2025 r.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt sprzedaży urządzenia DPS za informację poufną, ponieważ jej realizacja może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta, popularyzację rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a także na perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów.

Z przyczyn wyżej opisanych informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym w opinii Zarządu Emitenta spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR.

	Title: Sale of Delta Printing System equipment to Yi Xin in China. Legal asis: Article 17(1) MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] announces that on 24th of December 2024, the Company confirmed an order from Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltd based in China [“Yi Xin”, “Distributor”] for delivery of the Delta Printing System device. Yi Xin is a distributor of the Company’s technological solutions [Current Report No. 4/2021 of 15 April 2021]. Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2025. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to be confidential information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as the perspective of investors' perception of the Issuer. For the reasons described above, the information provided in this current report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meets the criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
