For the time being management of Toora played down the situation, "When we receive a notice from the court about filing for our bankruptcy, we shall look into the issue and take necessary steps. Today all I can say is that we do all that is possible to straighten the situation," said Radosław Kuras, Toora Poland management board member. It turns out that while some creditors wait for their money since January, some have only recently collected their debts and believe that filing for bankruptcy is premature.
