| BELVÉDÈRE Press Release Beaucaire, 24 April 2015 PUBLICATION OF 2014 ANNUAL RESULTS: 12 MAY 2015, AFTER MARKET Belvédère SA (Euronext Paris: BVD) today announces that it will publish its 2014 annual results at the same time as its 1st quarter 2015 sales. Given the extent of the operational and accounting work undertaken in 2014, and in order to publish consolidated accounts in line with the sector’s best practices, publication of the Group’s 2014 annual results has now been rescheduled for Tuesday 12 May, 2015, after market. About Belvédère Belvédère is a group of wine and spirits companies in Europe and the United States with a strong local presence. The group develops a portfolio of premium spirits brands notably including Sobieski, William Peel, Marie Brizard and Fruits & Wine. Belvedere is listed on Compartment B of Euronext Paris (FR0000060873- BVD) and is included in the EnterNext© PEA-PME 150 index.
