| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 21/2018, 22/2018, 23/2018, 24/2018, 25/2018, 26/2018, 28/2018, 29/2018, 32/2018 oraz 33/2018 dotyczących złożenia przez Serinus Energy plc („Spółka”) wniosku do Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A, („GPW”) o zawieszenie notowań akcji Spółki oraz późniejszego przedłużenia okresu zawieszenia, Kierownictwo Spółki informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka złożyła do Zarządu GPW wniosek o dalsze przedłużenie okresu zawieszenia o jeden dzień sesyjny. Przedłużenie okresu zawieszenia jest konieczne w celu zakończenia procedury związanej ze zmianą numeru ISIN w odpowiednich systemach depozytowych. Procedura ta jest w toku oraz, według posiadanych przez Spółkę informacji, prawdopodobnie zostanie zakończona dnia 17 maja 2018 roku, wobec czego notowania akcji Spółki oznaczonych nowym numerem ISIN mogłyby zostać wznowione dnia 18 maja 2018 roku. |

| Current Report No. 34/2018Date: 2018-05-16Issuer’s trading name: Serinus Energy plc Title: Filing an application for extension of suspension of trading in Serinus shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in connection with the change of the ISIN number Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – inside information Content:Referring to current reports No. 21/2018, 22/2018, 23/2018, 24/2018, 25/2018, 26/2018, 28/2018, 29/2018, 32/2018 and 33/2018 pertaining to the filing by Serinus Energy plc (the “Company”) with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) of an application to suspend the trading in its shares and its subsequent extension, the Management of the Company hereby informs that today the Company has filled with the WSE an application to extend the suspension period by one business day. The extension of the suspension period is necessary to complete the procedure connected with the change of ISIN in the relevant depositary systems. The said procedure is under way and based on the information currently available to the Company it is likely to be finalised on 17 may 2018 and consequently the trading of the Company’s shares on WXS under the new ISIN could be resumed on 18 May 2018. |
