| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 1/2020 i dotychczasowej polityki informacyjnej w zakresie przekazywania do wiadomości publicznej informacji o kwartalnych przychodach ze sprzedaży w kanale SaaS [software as a services], Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [Spółka, Emitent] informuje, że począwszy od dnia 17 maja 2021 r. zdecydował o zmianie prezentacji informacji o kwartalnych przychodach ze sprzedaży uzyskanych w kanale SaaS. Wobec tego, że publikowane cyklicznie raporty bieżącego dot. sprzedaży w kanale SaaS pomimo zamieszczanych objaśnień były często mylnie interpretowane i błędnie odnoszone do całej sprzedaży Spółki, Emitent zdecydował o rezygnacji z dotychczasowej polityki informacyjnej informowania o kwartalnych przychodach ze sprzedaży w kanale SaaS w komunikatach bieżących. Jednocześnie Emitent postanowił, że począwszy od publikacji raportu za I kwartał 2021 r., z poszanowaniem przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w raportach okresowych będą prezentowane dodatkowe informacje o abonamentach i średniej wartości z jednego abonamentu w zakresie całej sprzedaży Spółki. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Information on quarterly sales revenues in the SaaS channelWith reference to the current ESPI report No. 1/2020 and the existing information policy regarding the disclosure of information on quarterly sales revenues in the SaaS channel [software as a services], the Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. [Company, Issuer] informs that, starting from May 17, 2021, decided to change the presentation of information on quarterly sales revenues in the SaaS channel. Due to the fact that the cyclical current reports on sales in the SaaS channel, despite the posted explanations, were often misinterpreted and incorrectly related to the entire sales of the Company, the Issuer decided to resign from the current information policy of informing about quarterly sales revenues in the SaaS channel in current announcements. At the same time, the Issuer decided that, starting from the publication of the report for the first quarter of 2021, in compliance with the generally applicable law, periodic reports will present additional information on subscriptions and the average value of one subscription in terms of all sales of the Company. |
