| Plaza Centers N.V. (“Plaza” / the “Company”) announces that Standard & Poor's Maalot (“S&P Maalot”) has updated credit rating for the company’s Notes. On September 28 Standard & Poor's Maalot (“Maalot”), the Israeli credit rating agency which is a division of International Standard & Poor’s, has reduced its credit rating of Plaza’s two series of Notes traded on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange from “ilCCC” to “ilCC” with negative outlook on a local Israeli scale.
