| PKN ORLEN S.A. informuje, że 24 kwietnia 2019 roku ANWIL S.A. podpisał z thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG umowę na projektowanie, dostawy oraz budowę w systemie „pod klucz” instalacji kwasu azotowego i neutralizacji w ANWIL S.A. we Włocławku („Umowa”). Budowa instalacji kwasu azotowego i neutralizacji jest kluczowym etapem realizacji zadania inwestycyjnego dotyczącego rozbudowy zdolności produkcyjnych nawozów w ANWIL S.A. Podpisana dzisiaj umowa z thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG stanowi pierwszą z trzech najważniejszych umów, jakie mają zostać zawarte w ramach rozbudowy zdolności produkcyjnych nawozów w ANWIL S.A. Projekt zakłada wzrost zdolności produkcyjnych nawozów ANWIL S.A. o 495 tys. ton rocznie, czyli do 1 461 tys. ton rocznie. Szacowany całkowity koszt inwestycji wynosi ok. 1,3 mld PLN. Zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest do połowy 2022 roku. Szacuje się, że po zrealizowaniu projektu zysk operacyjny EBITDA ANWIL S.A., może wzrosnąć o ok. 57 mln EUR rocznie. | Agreement for building a nitric acid and neutralization installation by ANWIL S.A.Regulatory announcement no 9/2019 dated 24 April 2019PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 24 April 2019 ANWIL S.A. signed an agreement with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG for design, deliveries and building “in turn key” formula a nitric acid and neutralization installation in ANWIL S.A. in Wloclawek (“Agreement”).Building of a nitric acid and neutralization installation is a key stage in realization of investment task regarding extension of fertilizers production capacities in ANWIL S.A. The Agreement signed today with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG is the first of three most important contracts to be concluded within the frames of the extension of fertilizers production capacities in ANWIL S.A.The project assumes increase of fertilizers production capacities by 495 th.t yearly, ie. to the level of 1 461 th.t yearly. Estimated total cost of the investment amounts to ca. PLN 1,3 bn. The finalization of the investment is planned by the half of 2022. After realization of the project it is estimated that the operating profit EBITDA of ANWIL S.A. may increase by ca.
