| PKN ORLEN S.A. informuje, że 21 maja 2018 roku Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych („KDPW”) wydał oświadczenie o zawarciu z PKN ORLEN S.A. umowy o rejestrację w depozycie papierów wartościowych 2 000 000 obligacji serii C, o wartości nominalnej 100 PLN każda, emitowanych w ramach programu publicznych emisji obligacji, objętego prospektem emisyjnym zatwierdzonym przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego w dniu 20 lipca 2017 roku. Data rejestracji została wyznaczona na: 23 maja 2018 roku. Obligacje zostaną zarejestrowane pod kodem ISIN PLPKN0000174. | Registration of PKN ORLEN series C bonds in Central Securities Depository of PolandRegulatory announcement no 57/2018 dated 22 May 2018PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 21 May 2018 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“KDPW”) has issued a statement on conclusion of the agreement with PKN ORLEN S.A. regarding registration in a securities depository of 2 000 000 series C bonds, with the unit nominal value of PLN 100, issued within the public bond issue programme, included in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 20 July 2017. The registration date was set for 23 May 2018.
